I offer spiritual healing, with expertise in emotional healing, stress and anxiety reduction, self-help via meditation and relaxation skills, and energy healing , with a compassionate regard and confidential spiritual counselling service where desired. I have been a member of the NFSH (now The Healing Trust) since 1986, gaining healer membership in 2000. I am trained in yoga teaching, hypnotherapy, emotional freedom techniques and a number of other complementary therapies. I am also a qualified scientist (physiology and neuroscience) and medical writer and editor, so have a balanced approach, having knowledge and understanding of both complementary and orthodox medicine, as well as experience in spiritual studies and practice. I am based in West Sussex.
