I found meditation, spirituality and healing when I was a teenager. I immersed myself into a spiritual way of living, becoming a registered Healer in 1986 with what was then The National Federation of Spiritual Healers, now The Healing Trust. My Healing has extended into various forms including Shamanic, Trance, Colour, Sound and Crystal Healing. I am also a Usui and Angelic Reiki Master.
