Hi, I’m Wendy and it’s over 20 years since I first trained to be a Spiritual Healer with the Healing Trust, but my interest in healing began long before that. My journey into meditation and spirituality began when I was in my teens, and I was fascinated by stories I read about teachers in the East and peoples’ spiritual experiences. I became interested in Buddhism and went on my first silent retreat in my early twenties after meeting my first spiritual teacher and mentor, who I now see regularly online! Many years later, on moving to an area where there was no meditation group, he told me to set one up, but I did find a Healer Development Group and began training to become a healer. I have moved a couple of times since then, and am now based in South Wales. I’m currently volunteering part-time at a local hospice, where I am able to offer ‘energy wellbeing’ sessions and guided meditations, but I am also happy to offer sessions privately, either from a room I rent locally (although it is up a short flight of steps), or I can offer home visits.
