IMPORTANT! Your Responsibility as an Event organiser.
When listing events please be aware that you are solely responsible for:
- Handling incoming queries related to your events.
- Accuracy of information in each event submission.
- The technical and practical requirements of your event.
- Setting up links to independent registration and payment for each event.
The Healing Trust Office cannot assist with any queries relating to your event.
How to list an Event
Who can list events?
All current, THT Healer members can submit their Healing related listings for the THT Events Directory.
All submissions are subject to approval by the Office.
What sort of Events can I list?
ONLY events relating directly to Healing should be submitted (for personal, spiritual, or professional development).
Events not directly related to Healing or The Healing Trust will not be approved or will be removed.
Naming my event?
Your event name needs to show direct relevance to spiritual healing or The Healing Trust e.g. Introducing Spiritual Healing, Bradford Healing Centre Opening Day, Using Coloured Silks in a Healing Session, Fundraising Coffee Morning for The Healing Trust, Development Group for THT students, etc.
Tutors should name their Course Part or Introduction, and include their name. e.g. THT Training Part 3 with Jane Bloggs, or Introduction to THT Healer Training with John Smith.
How do I list a course that runs over several dates?
For Courses which run over several dates where students must join from the start, please create a listing for the FIRST DATE ONLY of the course and include the subsequent dates in the additional information.
What about recurring events?
If your Class or Group is recurring and people can join at any time, please create a listing for each month and state how often it recurs e.g. ‘Every Monday evening’, or ‘Second Tuesday of the month’. Create a new event listing for each month.
