About
Hello. My name is Michelle Bernard. I have been practising as a spiritual healer since 2004 and have been a Healing Trust tutor since 2011. I live in Balsham, Cambridgeshire. I love offering the Healing Trust training and helping students on their healing and spiritual journey.
My style of teaching is informal, interpersonal, and student-centred. I focus on experiential practice and exercises during the classes, and lots of discussion and sharing. Students have plenty of time to practise and absorb the teachings between classes, and then come back and share their experiences, as they gently progress through the training.
I am qualified in several other disciplines, including crystal healing, and have practised and studied meditation since 1989. I bring this experience into the classes to inform the teaching. I also offer students a monthly healers’ support group.
Please join me in this free online introductory workshop, in which you can learn about the healing training, ask questions, practise a short meditation, and take part in some energy sensing exercises.
