Healing doesn’t have to be complicated.

Sometimes, all we need is a quiet moment to pause.

That’s why we’re running our bi-weekly online healing meditations right here on Facebook!

Every other Sunday at 6pm, we’ll come together to create a space for calm and collective healing.

Whether you’ve experienced healing before or you’re simply curious, everyone is welcome.

Hopefully, this will become a lovely moment for us to connect as we meet the new week…
