I initially began training as a Spiritual Healer around 1980 with the Spiritualist National Union (SNU). My career in the Metropolitan Police took centre stage and I was away from healing for many years although I practiced on rare occasions. In 2014 I decided the time was right to continue my healing journey which I did with the Hook Healing Trust in Manchester affiliated to the SNU. On completion of my training in March 2017 I was upgraded to accredited healer status and further training at the Arthur Findlay college also known as Stanstead Hall allowed me to achieve a CSNU which is a Certificate in Spiritual Healing. In 2020 I also completed a healing course at the Harry Edwards sanctuary in shere, Surrey. I joined the National Federation of Spiritual Healers in early 2020 and have been a member since. Most of my healing is carried out at Gorton Monastery every Wednesday between 1pm and 3pm and on the first Sunday of the month.
